Due to the huge Mascots turn-out (More than 24 confirmed mascots to date) COSMO 2011 Parade Route is revised as follows! All paraders and cosplayers are advised to click on the map below for details.

Henderson Secondary School Volunteers

10AM : Student volunteers to report to SCAPE MALL 'Playground' for attendance taking and collection of T-Shirts.

11AM: Student volunteers to change into Official Event T-Shirts and deposit bags at SCAPE's Bags Deposit Area.

12AM: Student volunteers to proceed to NYC Office Level2 for Event Briefing and Q&A with COSMO Producer.

1PM: It's Lunchtime! Student volunteers will be directed to lunch area as reserved by organisers.

2PM: All to proceed to Orchard Central Level 1 Registration Counter to collect COSMO Premiums.

3PM: Volunteers will be divided into 2 teams (A) Parade Marshals, (B) Paraders, and be tasked to assist other paraders (E.g. Mascots) to register at the Registration Counter.

4.30PM: Parade Marshals to assist to guide paraders to form into contingents and hand out COSMO Flags. Paraders and Volunteers can participate in COSMO FACEBOOK Photo Contest (Take a Photo and upload to Mascot Parade Facebook page - Top 3 Photos likes win $100 each!)

5.30PM: All to be ready for GOH / VIPs arrival. Mascots to be guided to the GOH Alighting point. Parade Marshals to follow COSMO Crew to be deployed along Official Parade Route.

6PM: GOH Award and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. Once Air-Horn is sounded, Bloco Singapura will lead the parade followed by first team of Lion Dancers.

6.30PM: Parade proceeds along Official Parade Route. Parade Marshals to help guide the paraders and ensure no disruption of the parade.

7.15PM: All paraders reaches End Point at SCAPE.  Parade Marshals will guide specific mascots back to Orchard Central. All paraders can join in the SHINE Festival activities.

8PM: End of COSMO 2011 Parade.

Singapore Polytechnic Volunteers

12.30PM : SP volunteers to report to NYC Office Level2 for Event Briefing and Q&A with COSMO Producer.

1.30PM: It's Lunchtime! SP Volunteers will collect Lunch Vouchers from COSMO Producer and proceed for lunch.

2.30PM: All SP volunteers to proceed to Orchard Central Level 1 Registration Counter to collect COSMO Premiums.

3PM Onwards: All SP volunteers to proceed as per day programme above.

  

Please note that Emergency contacts representatives will be assigned to all volunteers team IC. For emergencies, kindly approach the COSMO Registration Counters and look for COSMO Producer.

   

Event Medics will be onsite from 3PM during the start of COSMO 2011 Registration. Appointed Medics for COSMO 2011 is Medics Network (Our Medical partner for the last 2 parade event)

2 Ambulances will be on standby with full medical crew. For the Parade, a roving medic will be on-hand to follow the paraders. 2 Water trolley with iced bottle water will be assigned to the parade.

3PM onwards : Registration starts for all paraders. Kindly register yourself at the COSMO Registration Counters.

All Paraders to be ready for GOH arrival and Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony by 5.30PM. Kindly keep a clear pathway for public and emergency access.

GOH /VIPs will do Ribbon-Cutting and sound off Air-Horn for Parade start. Bloco Singapura will lead the Parade with first team of Liondancers and Auxiliary Police.
